Manage Opportunities

The Opportunities screen is the working queue for content refresh decisions.

What to review

• Score: priority based on lost clicks, impressions, position movement, and prior volume.
• Signal: new, newly decaying, recovered, improved, or worsened compared with prior scans.
• Workflow: editorial state such as New, In Review, Draft Created, Updated, Ignored, or Recovered.
• Owner: the WordPress user responsible for reviewing or refreshing the page.

Common workflow

1. Filter to high-priority or newly decaying pages.
2. Open an opportunity and read the plain-English impact notes.
3. Assign an owner and add a private note.
4. Create an AI brief or refresh draft if AI is enabled.
5. Export filtered CSV rows for reporting or handoff.
