Does the plugin overwrite live content?
No. Refresh drafts are created separately so editors can review before publishing.
Do I need OpenAI?
No. Search Console scanning, scoring, assignments, notes, statuses, and CSV exports work without AI. OpenAI is only needed for refresh briefs and draft assistance.
Can I use demo data?
Yes. Demo data is useful for training, screenshots, QA, and understanding the workflow before OAuth is connected.
Can editors and authors use it?
Yes. Access is role-aware. Administrators manage setup and scans, editors can review opportunities, and authors only see opportunities for posts they can edit.
What should I refresh first?
Start with high-priority or newly decaying pages that had meaningful previous clicks and clear ranking or click declines.
